Beignets (French term for pastry) are a New Orleans specialty and a popular dessert from Louisiana. They were declared the official state doughnut in 1986. Traditional beignets are fried dough served hot, topped with powdered sugar.

Our beignets are light, pillowy, and fried fresh to order. Finished with a generous dusting of powdered sugar, they’re nostalgic, indulgent, and impossible not to share (though we won’t judge if you don’t).
